Ligue 1 And so football returns. We’ll see how it goes this time, after a reasonably good first season (with a dire Bundesliga and very up and down La Liga). A while ago I tipped both Bournemouth and Brentford to win at home (each at 3). Cast my eye over La Liga but nothing appealed. Also made a bet in Ligue 1, backing home side Clermont at 3.65 versus Monaco. The two sides were just six points apart at the end of last season and the odds for a home win appear too long to me.
